Check in time is strictly between 4pm and 8pm please.

Check out time is 10.00am.

Please note that we have a very friendly and sociable cat called Smokey, who loves to welcome you on your arrival.  We are therefore not able to accommodate any pets.

Please appreciate that we are also a non-smoking and non-vaping environment and therefore if you wish to smoke/vape, there are various ashtrays placed around the garden for you to use.

We are a small family run B&B, which is also our home.

We do not entertain wedding parties, stag or hen parties.   In consideration of our other guests we request that guests are back by 11.30pm at the latest.   If we feel that you have come back intoxicated that will disturb other guests, we have the right to refuse entry to our home/premises.

We respectfully ask our guests to remove all footwear in our home.  We do however have a variety of slippers should you so wish to wear them.

Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people only.  (No babies or children under 12 years of age)

Unfortunately, we do not have any single rooms available.

A 30% non-refundable deposit and valid credit card are required to secure your booking. These details will be requested when you click on the “BOOK NOW” button” to make your reservation.

We would just like to advise guests that a confirmed booking constitutes a contract between themselves and Beechwood Cottage B&B.

We accept Cash, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards only.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your booking, we would kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so that we can try to re-let the room.

If after your arrival you decide to shorten your stay, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the original duration of your stay.

For cancellations with less than 14 days notice, the whole amount of the booking will be due if we are unable to re-let the room.

In the event of a “no show”, the whole amount of the booking becomes due.

We strongly advise all of our guests to purchase the appropriate travel insurance to cover any cancellation charges.  We will not accept liability in any change of circumstances beyond the guest’s control, such as weather, transportation delays, illness or bereavement.

If for any reason, we need to cancel your reservation, we will do our utmost to provide you with alternative accommodation suggestions and advice.  We will not however, be responsible for any losses or increased costs incurred by you.  This will only happen in extreme circumstances though and we will notify you as soon as possible.

Damages

We ask that all damages are reported at the time and must be paid for.  We reserve the right to charge for damages after departure.
