Beech        £130 per night inc Full Scottish Breakfast (£135 from April 2027)

Rowan      £130 per night inc Full Scottish Breakfast (£135 from April 2027)

Oak            £120 per night inc Full Scottish Breakfast (£125 from April 2027)

Prices are based on 2 people sharing (No babies or children under 12 years of age).

A minimum 2 night stay is required between April and November.

Unfortunately, we do not have any single rooms available.

A 30% non-refundable deposit AND valid credit card are required to secure your booking. These details will be requested when you click on the “BOOK NOW” button” to make your reservation.

We would just like to advise guests that a confirmed booking constitutes a contract between themselves and Beechwood Cottage B&B.

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards only.

Check in time is strictly between 4pm and 8pm please.

We kindly request the room is vacated by 10.00am.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your booking, we would kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so that we can try to re-let the room.

If after your arrival you decide to shorten your stay, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the original duration of your stay.

For cancellations with less than 14 days notice, the whole amount of the booking will be due if we are unable to re-let the room.

In the event of a “no show”, the whole amount of the booking becomes due.

We strongly advise all of our guests to purchase travel insurance.

If for any reason, we need to cancel your reservation, we will do our utmost to provide you with alternative accommodation suggestions and advice.  We will not however, be responsible for any losses or increased costs incurred by you.  This will only happen in extreme circumstances though and we will notify you as soon as possible.

Damages

We ask that all damages are reported at the time and must be paid for.  We reserve the right to charge for damages after departure.
